Pasted Graphic Yom haShoah - May 1: On Sunday, May 1 we commemorate Yom ha Shoah and remember all those whose lives were destroyed by the Shoah.  Rabbi Novak will lead a brief service at Israel Congregation beginning at 5:30 pm.  Those who wish are invited to caravan to the Rutland Jewish Center for their  Holocaust Remembrance Day Concert: "When the Rabbi Danced: Music of Jewish Life from theShtetl to the Resistance", featuring Robert DeCormier and his Counterpoint Singers.There is no charge for this concert, however, due to space limitations, seating is on an RSVP basis, only.  Please contact the ICM office by this Thursday to let us know if you would like to attend the concert, which begins at 7:00 pm.

Israel Congregation of Manchester has a deep commitment to lifelong learning. Yuval Sela not only tutors b’nai mitzvah students and advises the Hebrew School, he also coordinates adult education, including classes in:
- Hebrew Language
- Judaica/Liturgy
- Tanach (Bible)

Mr. Sela is the congregation’s specialist for liturgical and modern Hebrew. Individual lessons or coaching for self-directed learning are also available.
